  • Comprehensive Reports and Roadmaps: Custom reports that summarize self-assessment results, evaluate procurement strategies, and provide actionable roadmaps for improvement.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation Services: Ongoing support to assess procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability initiatives.

  • Workshops and Events: Opportunities for networking, skill development, and knowledge sharing through various virtual and in-person events.

2. Access and Usage

  • Single User Access: E-resources are intended for your personal use or internal business use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling these resources is strictly prohibited. You retain full ownership of any content produced using our resources.

  • Organizational Use: For business purposes, e-resources may only be used internally by authorized personnel within your organization.

  • Access Period: Your access to certain e-resources may be limited to a specified timeframe. Continued access beyond this period will require renewal or subscription.

3. Future Resources

In line with our commitment to innovation, we continuously develop new digital tools, software, and applications. These future e-resources will be made available under these Terms and Conditions. Access to these resources may require additional fees or subscription plans, which will be clearly outlined at the time of their release.

 

4. Online Training and Services

In addition to digital products, we provide various services, including:

5. Events

We organize and host both virtual and in-person events, such as workshops, seminars, and networking events. Specific terms may apply to individual events, which will be provided during the registration process.

 

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment: All payments for digital products, e-resources, training, and events provided on our platform are due at the time of purchase or registration. Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds: Digital products and e-resources accessed or downloaded from our platform are non-refundable. Refunds for events, training, or services will only be granted under specific circumstances, which will be clearly outlined during the registration or purchase process.

 

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, Share, Resell, or Redistribute: You may not alter, share, resell, or redistribute our digital products, e-resources, or services to any third parties without obtaining explicit written permission from Transformative Procurement Change. This includes any form of distribution, whether for commercial gain or not.

  • Reverse-Engineer or Create Derivative Works: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from our digital products or e-resources. Additionally, you may not create derivative works based on our materials, including adaptations or modifications that change their original purpose or functionality.

  • Use for Illegal or Unauthorized Purposes: You agree not to use our tools, e-resources, or training materials for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using our resources to engage in fraudulent activities, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe upon the rights of others.

Our tools, resources, and services have been developed using various software and online platforms. While these platforms provide the underlying framework, Transformative Procurement Change retains full ownership of the content, methodologies, and intellectual property associated with all our offerings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.

 

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify our digital products, e-resources, services, or training materials at any time. You may receive product updates or revisions at no additional cost for a specified period after purchase, or as part of your subscription. Access to certain updated features or content beyond that period may require an additional purchase or subscription renewal.

 

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data securely. Any data we collect from you in connection with your purchase or use of our products, services, or events is subject to our Privacy Statement. This includes personal data related to product access, training registrations, and event participation. We do not share personal data with third parties outside the EU without your consent. In no event shall Transformative Procurement Change be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, services, or events, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of our products, services, or participation in our events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
